Thinkware Design operates this website. We are based in Latvia, European Union. The data controller (the legal entity responsible for how your personal data is processed) is SIA “Akademija SAPNU OSTA”, company registration number 40103719962, VAT number LV40103719962.

2. What Data We Collect

Contact Form

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and optional message.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous page view data. This service does not use cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information (PII), and is fully privacy-friendly.

Payments

Payment data is processed by Stripe. We do not have access to your full card details. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.

After a successful payment, your name and email address are received from Stripe via webhook and forwarded to Resend, our email processor, solely to send you a purchase confirmation and receipt email.

3. Why We Process Your Data

  • Contact form: To respond to your inquiry (legitimate interest / consent)
  • Analytics: To understand site usage and improve the experience (legitimate interest)
  • Payments: To process your payment for Thomas's coaching programs (contractual necessity)

4. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Contact form submissions are sent directly via email using Resend. We do not store submissions in a database.

Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe. We do not have access to full card details.

Payment-related personal data (name, email) is not stored in our own database beyond transient serverless function execution. Email delivery records are retained by Resend according to their own retention policy.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectify inaccurate personal data
  • Request erasure of your personal data
  • Restrict processing of your personal data
  • Data portability
  • Object to processing of your personal data

This site uses minimal cookies.

  • Vercel Analytics: No cookies (privacy-friendly)

  • Google Analytics: Only loaded with explicit consent (if enabled in the future)
