1. Who You Are Buying From

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on this website. The seller is SIA „Akadēmija "SAPŅU OSTA"", company registration number 40103719962, VAT number LV40103719962, registered at Hamburgas iela 8, Rīga, LV-1014, Latvia. All prices shown on the site and in this document are VAT-inclusive (VAT charged at 21%).

2. Services We Sell

Thinkware Design Masterclass (In-Person Masterclass)

A fixed-date, limited-seat executive coaching program run by Thomas in Riga, Latvia, from September to December 2026. The program consists of 4 in-person sessions (September 11, October 9, November 13, December 11, 08:30-15:00) and 4 online sessions (September 25, October 23, November 27, December 18, 13:00-15:00). Cohort size is capped at 12 participants. Exact dates and format are confirmed at the time of booking and may be subject to minor adjustment communicated in advance.

Online Coaching Sessions

One-on-one online coaching sessions with Thomas, scheduled individually with the participant after purchase.

3. Price and Payment

The masterclass full-payment price is EUR 3630.00 (incl. 21% VAT). If you choose the installment plan, you pay 2 installments of EUR 2420.00 each (incl. 21% VAT), billed monthly, for a total of EUR 4840.00 (incl. 21% VAT). The installment plan costs more in total than the full-payment price, reflecting the cost of offering deferred payment. An online coaching session costs EUR 302.50 (incl. 21% VAT) per session.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. If an installment payment fails or is not received on its due date, we will attempt to collect it again and notify you by email. If payment remains outstanding after a reasonable cure period, we may suspend your access to remaining masterclass sessions until the balance is settled, and reserve the right to treat the installment plan as in default.

4. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer purchasing from within the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us by email at hello@thinkwaredesign.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (for example: “I withdraw from my purchase of [product], purchased on [date]”), including your name and order details. We will confirm receipt and process any refund due without undue delay.

Online Coaching Sessions: Starting Before Day 14

Online coaching sessions are typically scheduled to take place before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. To let us begin the service at your requested time, checkout requires you to expressly confirm: “I request the service begin before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and I understand I lose the right of withdrawal once it is fully performed.” Without this confirmation, we will not schedule the session until the withdrawal period has passed.

If you withdraw after a session has partially taken place, we will refund a pro-rata amount reflecting the portion of the service not yet performed. Once a session has been fully performed with your express consent to begin early, the right of withdrawal is lost for that session.

Masterclass: Fixed-Date Program

The masterclass is a fixed-date program with a limited number of seats reserved specifically for you upon purchase. Placeholder - pending legal confirmation: whether the masterclass qualifies for the Article 16(l) exemption for services related to leisure activities with a specific date (which would exclude the standard 14-day withdrawal right) is not yet confirmed by a Latvian consumer lawyer, and this page does not rely on that exemption to deny refunds. Until that review is complete, our cancellation and transfer policy is:

• Cancel more than 30 days before the first session: full refund.
• Cancel between 30 and 7 days before the first session: 50% refund, or a free transfer of your seat to a later cohort.
• Cancel less than 7 days before the first session, or after the program has started: no refund, but we will offer a free transfer of your remaining sessions to a later cohort where seats are available.

Coaching provided by Thomas is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. If you need those services, please consult a licensed professional. Coaching is intended to support communication and leadership development and does not diagnose or treat any condition.

Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your individual effort, circumstances, and participation, and will vary between participants.

We treat what you share in coaching sessions as confidential, subject to legal exceptions (for example, where disclosure is required by law or to prevent serious harm). Where sessions are delivered in a group or cohort setting, all participants are expected to treat what other participants share as confidential and not to disclose it outside the group.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Latvian or EU law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

7. Complaints

If you have a complaint about your purchase, please contact us first at hello@thinkwaredesign.com so we can try to resolve it directly. If you are a consumer based in Latvia and remain unsatisfied, you may also refer your complaint to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC - Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs).

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Latvia. Where you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. The terms in force at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
